Client Profile
The Road Network Monitoring and Emergency Response Center of the Ministry of Transport is a directly affiliated public institution at the bureau level under the Ministry of Transport, officially established and commenced operations on July 18, 2012.
-
Cooperation Plan
The Road Network Monitoring and Emergency Response Center of the Ministry of Transport has developed a nationwide intelligent road network monitoring platform based on cloud-based video aggregation and resource sharing. This platform enables unified access and cloud-based management of video surveillance resources along the seven radial national expressways from the capital (G1-G7), supporting both cloud aggregation and distribution of video feeds, while providing two viewing formats: high-definition and low-bitrate streams.

Implementation results
To enhance the capabilities of the Road Network Monitoring Center's Visual Intelligence Platform and establish a pilot model for nationwide highway intelligent construction, we have continuously deployed and applied new algorithms to ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities into highway scenarios.
Before the 2020 Spring Festival, the National Smart Road Network Monitoring Platform achieved a 97.8% accuracy rate in congestion event detection through manual sampling verification. The technology has been optimized for low-bitrate video streams, significantly improving nighttime recognition performance and enabling full-scale intelligent application across the entire road network.
